Q. Why should I rent Baby Equipment when I can bring it with me?
In two words: Cost and Hassle.
COST:
- You can be required to pay excess baggage charges as high as $250.00 per item (each way) with some airlines.
- You may have to pay for two taxis or a larger one to fit in all your baggage.
- You may have to replace your baby items upon arrival as any damage to them may not be covered by the airline.
HASSLE:
- You have to lug your bags and baby items from home to the airport, to your vacation accommodation, back to the airport and then again at your airport in your home town - All this while dealing with a little one(s) and the departure and arrival procedures.
- You have to shop in an unfamiliar place for replacement items right after your arrival.
- The items made available thru your vacation accommodation may not be up to current safety standards.
Our equipment can be rented for far less than what you may pay by bringing yours from home.
We monitor all recalls and ensure that the equipment you rent from us is safe, sanitized and in excellent condition. And we deliver and pick up to your Resort, Hotel, Guesthouse or Private Residence.

Q. How do I place an order?
A. Simply visit our Products Page and enter your Arrival and Departure dates, then select the products and quantities you wish to rent. Once your selections have been made and you have entered your details simply click the “Submit” button at the bottom of the page. You will instantly receive an email confirmation of your order.
Alternatively, you may contact us via Live Chat or Skype to discuss your requirements. Phone support is available from 9:00 – 5:00 GMT seven days a week. Our contact information can be found on the Contact Us page.
Q. Do you charge for delivery and pickup? A. Delivery and collection of our rental items anywhere in Phuket is completely FREE for all orders.
Q. Is there a minimum order that I need to make? A. Yes, a 1,400 Baht minimum order is required for deliveries.
Q. How can I pay for my rental?
A. You are able to pay for your rental either by credit card or cash on delivery. On the bottom of the “Products” page you will select which method you prefer.
If you choose to pay via credit card we will email you a PayPal invoice within 24 hours of placing your order.
If paying by cash please note that the products must be delivered after your arrival so payment can be made.
Q. Will I get exactly what is pictured on this website? A. We source a wide range of stock from many reputable suppliers & manufacturers, the availability of which alters almost daily! It would be quite impossible to display all of our available items at any one time. Therefore any images used on the website pages will be representative of their type, purpose and quality only.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. Cancellations outside of 7 days of your Arrival date will not be charged. Cancellations within 7 days from of your Arrival Date will be charged 50% of the order total.
Q. How far in advance do I need to place my order? A. To ensure availability, we suggest you place your order as soon as your travel plans are confirmed. We do understand that sometimes plans cannot be made until the last minute so we will do our best to accommodate your schedule and needs. This is especially true during High Season and Holidays.
Q. What is your refund policy? A. Refunds for early termination of rentals will be prorated 50% of the remaining unused rental term, minus the delivery fee and actual term used. If at any point you are not satisfied with an item, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work quickly to resolve the problem.
